The Return
A year-long journey of remembering
how to rest, feel and move

by Nina Samay
I feel called

Welcome, the one who used to run with the wolves.

Who used to live in her body.

Who used to sing and dance, untamed.

Who once felt deeply connected to the cycles of life.

And somehow, along the way, you lost touch with that part of you.

You started planning. Controlling. Living in your mind.

You may have done lots of workshops, retreats, ceremonies.
You may have touched something real in those spaces.

And still, you keep coming back into a world of linear time and linear growth.
A world that is designed in a masculine way – of light, forward, up.

But something in you knows
that for us – women – there is a different rhythm.

An ancient rhythm that still lives in our bodies.

One that is about life, death, and rebirth.
Expansion, descent, re-emergence.
Rest, movement, slowing down again.

And maybe you feel it
that underneath rituals and concepts,
there is something older.

Instinctive knowing, carried by all women on the planet.

And we can access it when we turn off the thinking mind,
when we dance, sing, make love, drum,
when we allow ourselves to FEEL

So if you feel the pull to explore this rhythm
to live the life we are truly meant to live
not to impress anyone

but to really return
to the intelligence of your body

to remember
your true nature

this is a space for you.
What this space is (and isn't)
It is not a course on Sabbaths you complete – it's more like experiential feminine mystery space we all co-create.
  • I invite you into a journey of remembering the ancient, cyclical rhythm of the year — held in a safe collective field.
  • Together, we move through the Wheel of the Year not as theory, but as lived, embodied experience.
  • Each Sabbath becomes a portal: into sensation, instinct, ritual, rest, movement, and feeling the rhythm of nature inside your own body.
  • The journey is intentionally slow and intentionally light, designed to unfold month by month.
  • The time between our gatherings is a space for further exploration, feminine practices, and listening to your own inner rhythm.
This is for you if...
  • You feel that the world you live in is not designed for your inner rhythm - and yet you keep moving against it, pushing when you need rest, numbing when you need to feel.
  • You forgot what it means to feel connection to your body, pleasure and desire.
  • You sense there is more to explore beyond written traditions, books, and theoretical concepts of women’s cyclicity.
  • You feel drawn to collective ritual, instinctive wisdom, and practices that are meant to be experienced rather than understood.
  • You long for a sense of belonging to a rich, many-layered world — and fully participate in the mystery and adventure of life.
How it works
The journey begins on September 27, 2026
and ends on August 1, 2027.

A detailed calendar below
Monthly live gatherings
We meet approximately once a month, on Sundays at noon - on Zoom. Each gathering is a seasonal portal, during which we focus on embodiment practices.
Audio practices
Between calls, you receive audio practices
and gentle invitations to stay connected: meditations, journaling prompts, rituals, reflections, and integration check-ins.
Shared space
An intimate Telegram group to share and feel connected to the collective field. The power of this journey is that we do it together – and add to the shared wisdom.

FAQ

Hi, I'm Nina Samay

I am a space holder, circle keeper, ritual carrier, and group facilitator from Poland.

And I am also a new mother to a beautiful daughter, and motherhood has been my deepest initiation. She was born because I believed in the wisdom of cycles, and trusted my body.

For years, I was searching for ways to reconnect with myself to "heal" what "was broken". Over time, I began to understand that what I needed was not another workshop. Not another healing. But a slower way of being with myself. A way to let what I already knew settle into my body and everyday life.

The Return was born from that longing.
My personal spiritual journey has been unfolding for more than a decade.
Over the years, I discovered that one of my gifts is carrying wisdom forward — creating brave spaces where others can reconnect with themselves and gently step through doors that are ready to open.

My path has never been linear.

I have been a journalist, tour guide, marketer, and writer. I wrote two poetry books, a collection of short stories, and a novel. During the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, I traveled to Africa to project about my mother.

I am a trainee of Usha Anandi (Menstrual Cycle Awareness), Aiste Anandi (Feminine Work) and Nativ School of Shachar Caspi.

I love life.
