2. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data may be processed by the Controller on the basis of:

  • a) Necessity for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), for the purpose of:Providing a newsletter service,
  • Using registration forms for training courses.
  • b) Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), for:Marketing activities related to entities cooperating with the Controller.
  • c) Legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), for:Marketing of the Controller’s own products and services, including analytics and profiling. Profiling is used to prepare offers tailored to users' preferences.
  • Operating contact forms available on the website and responding to inquiries.
  • Establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims.
3. Sharing Personal Data

Your data may be transferred to entities processing data on our behalf under agreements concluded with the Controller, but only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes described above. This includes, among others, IT service providers and other entities supporting the proper functioning of the website.
Such entities process data solely in accordance with the Controller’s instructions.
We transfer your data only to entities located within the European Economic Area (EEA) or to entities that provide an appropriate level of data protection. We do not currently transfer data to third countries and have no plans to do so.

4. Data Retention Period

We process your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law, particularly until:

  • Any potential claims become time-barred,
  • Archiving obligations imposed by law expire,
  • Accounting record retention requirements are fulfilled.
Where personal data is processed for newsletter services, it will be retained until you unsubscribe.

Where processing is based on your consent, your data will be retained until you withdraw that consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time, including consent for marketing activities of entities cooperating with the Controller.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the consent was withdrawn.

Where processing is based on the Controller’s legitimate interest, processing will cease if you object to such processing.

5. Your Rights Right of Access

You have the right to obtain information about your personal data that we process, including a copy of that data.

Right to Rectification

You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal data and completion of incomplete data.

Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")You may request deletion of your personal data where:
  • The data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected,
  • Consent has been withdrawn and no other legal basis applies,
  • You have objected to processing and no overriding legitimate grounds exist,
  • The data has been processed unlawfully,
  • Deletion is required to comply with a legal obligation,

You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format where processing is based on consent or a contract and carried out by automated means.

Right to Restriction of Processing

You may request restriction of processing where:
  • You contest the accuracy of the data,
  • The processing is unlawful but you oppose deletion,
  • We no longer need the data, but you require it for legal claims,
  • You have objected to processing pending verification of whether our legitimate grounds override your objection.
Right to Object

Where processing is based on the Controller’s legitimate interests, you have the right to object at any time in accordance with Article 21 GDPR.

Right to Withdraw Consent

You may withdraw your consent to processing at any time.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
